This is a talk that will explore a set of essential patterns for effective agile leadership, not only for folks in management & leadership roles, but for everyone involved in agile ways of working.
- Bob Galen is an agile coach with over 20 years of coaching organizational leaders, and
- Rhiannon Galen-Personick is a social worker who has pivoted into Scrum Mastery within the last
2 years.
They will each share their broadly different perspectives regarding what “good agile leadership” looks like. They’ll do that by examining patterns of good and anti-patterns of bad to create a shared view of what effective agile leadership.
The talk will focus on a wide variety of behaviors, principles, and tactics that leaders need to bring forward, develop, and grow in agile contexts in order to be effective. But again, don’t simply look up. This talk makes the point that we’re all leaders and how to show up genuinely and effectively with that responsibility.
